The twenty employees have comprehensive country-specific knowledge about markets and industries, as well as many years of experience and expertise in representing business interests in Germany and Thailand.
Through the GTCC, we enhance the active participation of our members, offer platforms for the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the members, and give a voice to businesses in the cooperation with our Thai partners in business, government and society.
What the office performs
Seven services, sold by the job to German and Thai companies, under the network service brand DEinternational.
GTCC provides services to German and Thai companies and acts as a strategic partner between the two economies. GTCC supports companies and institutions from both countries in opening up new trade and investment opportunities.
A German apprenticeship, in Thai colleges
GTDEE, run with GIZ since 2013, with B.Grimm, BMW Thailand and Robert Bosch Thailand as founding companies.
German-Thai Dual Excellence Education (GTDEE) is vocational education and training programme in which apprentices work and study during the given period. It is also well-known as the apprenticeship programme.
The main objective of the apprenticeship programme is to produce skilled workforce with flexible qualifications who are mobile and capable of working in their chosen fields. GTDEE intends to share best practices from Germany’s vocational education system.
The year, and the evening that ends it
With almost 600 members, the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest foreign chambers of commerce in Thailand. With various events and activities, which are organized by GTCC or in cooperation with our members, we are actively engaged in supporting our members and business contacts throughout the year.

The chamber publishes two ranks of partner for the year and a third slot it sells as advertising. Premium and Annual Partners are named and their marks shown, in their own published order. The advertising rank is not shown, because every slot on their page is still a "Your logo here" placeholder and a wall of placeholders says nothing about who supports this chamber. Their own line: GTCC Premium and Annual Partnership packages include exclusive offers to GTCC’s activities and marketing platform, with early access bookings at events and tailored marketing.
What the newsroom carries
What their news index mostly carries is members announcing their own promotions, events and openings, because a free Member News slot updated weekly is one of the things their membership buys. Headlines and dates are theirs and open on their own pages; no standfirst is rewritten here.
Membership is not limited to German nationals or German companies.
Three memberships, priced in Baht and in Euro, open to companies registered in Thailand, companies registered outside it, and individuals.
