How a membership begins
A signed application form sent to the membership desk, approval by the Board of Directors, then twelve months of dues in advance.
The membership will become active after the Board of Directors’ approval and the settlement of membership dues in advance for the periods of twelve months. There are different kinds of memberships to suit personal and corporate needs.
Applications go to membership@gtcc.org. Their own application page carries the forms, one for companies registered in Thailand, one for companies registered outside it and one for individuals.
The three memberships
Their three memberships and their figures, as printed on their own application page, with the turnover threshold that moves a company from the lower figure to the upper one. Applications are a signed form sent to membership@gtcc.org, and the membership begins once the Board has approved it and the dues for twelve months have been settled.
Ordinary Membership
Applied to companies registered in Thailand looking to access the extensive network of German-Thai business community. The member benefits are extended to all employees of the member companies.
Associate Membership
Applied to companies registered outside of Thailand looking to access the extensive network of German-Thai business community. The member benefits are extended to all employees of the member companies.
Personal Associate Membership
Memberships are as well available for individuals looking to access the extensive network of German-Thai business community. The member benefits are reserved for the individual and cannot be transferred.
What the membership carries
Their own benefit headings, in their published order. Several of them are places to publish: a half page in the quarterly magazine, a free slot in the news section, an introduction in Members’ Corner.
Four groups inside the chamber
Each of these has a page of its own on their site, with its own purpose and its own rhythm of meetings.
GTCC SME Focus Group
Established in August 2024. Group members are executives of small and medium-sized enterprises with typically up to 250 staff in Thailand. Events are highly interactive discussions, up to 30 members at a time, bi-monthly, two hours, no admission fee, on topics from AI and financing to HR, labour law and cybersecurity.
GTCC Clean Air Initiative
Formed after the chamber sent a survey on clean air to its members, as a working group with around 20 participating member companies. Its published record is a webinar series with Bosch Mobility, Siemens Energy, Siemens, MAN Energy Solutions, Mercedes-Benz and CLAAS, and a reading list of Thai air quality reporting.
GTCC Business Women Network
Part of the chamber, connecting like-minded business women on a personal and a professional level, with four events a year.
GTCC Young Professionals
Part of the chamber, a dynamic platform for enthusiastic young professionals of the German-Thai business community.

The member list
There is no member directory on this site, and that is their position rather than ours. Their Member List page says the Membership Directory page is being updated, and serves the current list as a PDF in the meantime. A list rebuilt by reading company names out of that file would be a page they have taken down, so the link goes to their file instead.
